Do’s
Do make
sure you are getting plenty of sleep, fresh air and gentle exercise so your
body feels healthy and toned.
Do take
a warm Epsom salt bath 3 days before your wedding day, the salt will draw out
any excess water.
Do enjoy
a light diet full of protein, fresh fruit and vegetable so your skin will glow
and your hair will shine.
Do drink
plenty of water so you feel hydrated.
Do have
a small amount of alcohol so you don’t fall over after the first glass on your
wedding day!
Don'ts
Don’t
take up a new sport or strenuous exercise routine to lose a few extra pounds,
you don’t want to be limping down the aisle.
Don’t lie
in the sun and get sunburnt, strap marks never look good on the photographs.
Don’t eat
spicy food or change your diet, flatulence never ever sounds pretty!
Don’t drink
carbonated drinks or you will feel and look bloated.
Don’t drink
lots of alcohol the night before or you will feel dehydrated on the day.
